Overview
Whether you're a rock crawling, prerunning, joy riding down fire roads, building camp, or just want to watch your step when entering your vehicle at night, you're going to want our Tacoma mirror mount rock lights.
For single color Diode Dynamics rock lights:
The high power function is perfect for illuminating obstacles to your sides. Easily see those pesky boulders at night before they put more scratches into your rock sliders, or worse... into your thin sheet metal cab. They can also be used when you're straddling a ravine at night and don't want to let a tire slip in, take a peak out of the window and see the ground as it truly is.
The low power function can be used as an automatic puddle light for entering or exiting your vehicle, so you don't accidentally step in something you'd rather not. Bright enough that it illuminates the sides of your truck so you'll be able to clearly see anything or anybody that shouldn't be that close to your vehicle.
Diode Dynamics RGBW rock lights have a slightly lower maximum lighting output than the single color lights, and do not have a high and low power function. However the color and brightness may be controlled through the Diode Dynamics mobile app.
Wiring options

Single color lighting kit and universal harness. When you purchase the mirror mount rock light kit with the lights included you get the extension wires and splitters to bring the wires into the cab through the door jam boots. With the wires inside the cab, you can use the universal rock light harness to wire a switch yourself, or build a harness to utilize the automatic functions of the vehicle when unlocking or opening the door. This is NOT a plug and play solution and will require some custom wiring.
- Universal harnesses include a toggle switch, four M8 output connectors, a 10a inline mini-fuse, and terminal connectors to attach directly to your battery or power source.

RGBW lighting kit and universal harness. If you're getting the RGBW style lights, you will also need the correct wiring harness and controller. Either tying into your existing diode dynamics RGBW system, or purchase the controller and universal wiring harness with your kit that includes a bluetooth module to pair to the mobile app.
- Universal harnesses include a toggle switch, four M8 output connectors, a 10a inline mini-fuse, terminal connectors to attach directly to your battery or power source, and a Bluetooth module to connect to your phones mobile app.
