Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to three business days. Orders are not shipped or on weekends or holidays. Delivery days dependent on shipment carrier chosen.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order past the one to three day window, we will contact you per your provided email immediately.
Shipping Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. This includes the recipient's name, shipping address, and contact details. Revv Engineering will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Customers who realize they have provided an incorrect shipping address before the order has been shipped should contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the shipping address before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address. If an address change is necessary after the shipment has left our facility, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address update. Any additional charges incurred for address changes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Before reshipping, we will contact the customer to confirm and update the shipping address. Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been shipped but before it is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- In cases where the incorrect address is a result of an error on our part, we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover any additional shipping costs required to deliver the order to the correct address.
Delivery and lost or stolen packages
- Upon delivery to the customer supplied address, Revv Engineering is considered to have completed delivery of the product and no further liability is assumed by Revv Engineering. The customer is fully liable to retrieve the package from the shipment carrier at the supplied address.
- In the unfortunate event of a confirmed lost or stolen package, promptly report it to us and the courier. We advise checking with neighbors, filing a police report, and contacting the courier immediately. If you are concerned about theft or other shipment issues, we suggest using a shipping address to a business or another confirmed safe location. Revv Engineering is not liable for issues arising from courier delivery to the customer supplied address or theft.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to view and select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Revv Engineering is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to purchased products. All fees imposed anytime during the transaction are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your shipping address is outside of the continental United States, you will receive an email, after your order is received, with details of any additional shipping charges and an invoice for payment if required.
