Fuse box cover extensions for the 4Runner are required when adding accessories such as lights or switch panels and an add-a-fuse (aka add-a-circuit) is used. Rather than throwing your fuse box cover in the glove box or in the garage somewhere to be lost forever.

Remove OEM cover
Install add-a-fuse circuit
Install the extension cover onto the fuse box and the OEM cover onto the extension
